The best way to support my customers is through open communication. By understanding their needs and what is crucial and important to them. They may have deadlines and maybe under a great deal of stress. It is imperative to understand the customer’s objective. To be polite and courteous. To be responsive with that customer will help build positive relations with that client is essential for the company and to build a proactive and positive environment.
By establishing an open line of communication with the customer allows you to build a trust relationship, Making the correct assessments will help ease the stress factor and open a line of comfort level with the client that will allow you to continue become a positive tool belt. But it could also build miss trust relations making the client uncomfortable and not want to work with you that in the long run can hinder operations and build a negative image within the company.
