I worked collectively with Insight and the Exchange team in the roll-out process with the deployment and upgrade to Office 365. My role involved me to work with the customers with updating their Office 2010 and 2013 accounts to Office 365. I also took the lead with during the upgrade process to ALL Help-desk Analyst to also be to the Office 365 / Cloud environment. I also created a “How to Guide” to assist the client with upgrading the HUB mobile application to Office 365. This document helped make the upgrade process seamless.

The document is currently available in the Help-desk portal for our customers to use.

Multi Factor Authentication Utility – Testing has concluded on the Password Manager System. Working together with the Subject Matter Expert and coworkers on the testing and documenting phases of this utility. This new utility will replace the process that all Con Edison employees, consultants and managers take to update their domain and mainframe accounts. This will also include a total revamp of the validation process, when a manager or delegate validates an employee or consultant. This is set to be the new process for managing all domain end user and mainframe credentials. Also created how guide for validating Administrator and Generic accounts that are being implemented into the validation process when Authenticating Sponsors and co-sponsors. In addition, I created a step by step tutorial for all the consultants to use when registering or modifying to the C-contact account(s). I am also the new voice of the Help-desk Interactive Voice Response validation process. After indicating certain instances that were reported by our customers when Unlocking and / or Resetting their password via the Interaction Voice Response. I addressed some drawbacks in the process and needed some enhancements. I worked with the Subject Matter Expert(s) and volunteered to use my voice as the user guide in the Interactive Voice Response system. This initiative helped improve the clarity and overall customer experience when utilizing this important tool.

Windows 10 deployment for help desk workstations. 80% of the help-desk workstations have been successfully updated to the Windows 10 environment. I will be working with the IT Lab on careful deployment of the In-Place Upgrade to the remainder of the Help Desk laptops without impacting productivity of the day to day functions. I will also be upgrading the on-call machine as well as the Service desk and “LittleB” machine that display the Marquee and other critical utilities that utilized daily by the help-desk to monitor on time response and performance.

Office 365 – Migration process. Con Edison is currently migrating 16.000 employees to the cloud. This requires all of the clients that have a company iPhone to have these devices re configured and mapped to the new server. I am working collectively with my coworkers and manager with this transition and am currently trying to automate this process to lessen the strain on the personal.

Password Lockouts Procedure – I have created a step by step trouble shooting guide for what to do when our customers call to report a constant lockout. This guide focuses on combining areas needed that can trigger the lockout. This report provides details for identifying by running the following.
