I have never seen a previous LAN administrator as responsive and helpful as Mr. Rodriguez.
We have recently moved to our current location from a previous floor and we had a lot of simultaneous concerns getting printers and PC’s set up quickly so as not to lose any time performing our functions. Mr. Rodriguez was working non-stop moving back and forth establishing our computer setups and printing ability. As he was very visible while he was setting up people here were asking him to solve long existing previously unresolved issues on PC’s Laptops, and software which he managed to do along with the demands of getting us moved in. He has a large group of people to deal with here, each with various technical frustrations and he’s dealt with everyone calmly and politely and promptly. I have not seen him walk slow yet. He’s always on the move. I myself had a new PC which had to be reimaged and have various softwares installed and the matrix of problems that arise with the nuances of each install. He solved all of them as they came up.
He has a very strong work ethic, follows up very timely, is intelligent and polite, is focused, efficient, and reflects very well on your organization and contributes to our productivity and ability to get things done which we appreciate. Thanks – Hugh

He went the extra yard in getting my PI programs working.
It was no small task and required a lot of digging by Willie to find the solution.

Just had to take a moment to let you know that Willie was extremely kind and generous today when helping me with Attachmate problems I was having. I had multiple versions installed on a computer that is not mine, and he helped me get to a point where I could get work done. He was patient with me even when I could not articulate the issues I was having, and I am grateful to him for his efforts.

Good Morning – the purpose of this email is to voice my appreciation, while cite the professional courtesy extended my by William Rodriguez. So many times we at Con Edison are quick to call on your department to troubleshoot and rectify any and all issues pertaining to our workstation computers. I felt it needed to be with the same swiftness – I write to commend the experience that William provided for me most recently.
As per my signature, I tend to some critical customers via the segments seen below. Not to imply, they are more important than any residential customer. However, in the large C&I space, theses segment hold their significance. Thus, it’s imperative I’m up and running at all times to address and communicate with said customers. My computer failed me last week and it was a mad scramble to resolve the issue. After initial phone call will William, he actively listened to me, while physically at another location rectifying a problem elsewhere. He was professional under the gun and followed through accordingly. He maintained open channels to communicate – for which I was grateful. He did not overpromise – but explained the plan of action and executed. My laptop proved a mess – causing him to perform a deeper dive and ensure I was with a working laptop, as he would have to take mine for continued trouble-shooting. He assured me I wouldn’t lose any data, but took the time to demonstrate such as well.
Now that may be called – “doing his job” but it was the way he handled his affairs that motivates me to write on his behalf. My Section Manager delegated me to perform a necessary function for an upcoming Conference. William even explained to him – the issue, assuring it will be handled and I would be up and running. William’s efforts enabled me to execute that request. Moreover, never lost a step amid my customers who were none the wiser that I was ever down.
His professionalism and light heartedness created a new friendship and underscored confidence in him and your department to remain responsive and work towards a swift resolve. For that, I thank William again here and speak to his proven abilities!

I wanted to send you this note to point out William Rodriguez’s excellent support this morning. I came in this morning and could not get the docking station to work. After connecting and disconnecting things for about 20 minutes I called the help desk and the person there told me I would get a call back in the next 30 minutes. 45 minutes later I had heard nothing and was still trying to get this to work. I finally decided to call William as he was my IR task manager when I worked in DE because he was always so helpful. As expected he came through again with the excellent customer support he always offers. He came by a few minutes after I called him right after he finished helping someone else and got my docking station to work.
